Update: We are still fishing open water at this point, trying to catch the biggest fish in the lake! I'm hoping to update this blog more throughout the late fall and winter, please check back.

August Calendar Update

Thanks for stopping by! I promise to update this blog with pics and reports soon, we are having an unbelievable season here on Leech Lake. 

Thanks for all of the calls, texts and emails. I've now booked August and September up solid, but still have a few remaining weekday dates for October. I'm also starting to book a few ice trips, and 2021 walleye and muskie trips, it's not too soon to book those prime summer dates. Thanks for all the support, and thanks for fishing!

Leech Lake Fishing Calendar

I've spilled the beans again! Actually, I've been meaning to do one of these for some time. Bear in mind, these are general rules-of-thumb based on typical weather and water conditions. Also, closed seasons don't always start/stop with the start/end of a month, so be sure and check the regulations regarding those exact dates.

Pay to Slay- Experience a Leech Lake Muskie Hunt in 2020!

Too soon? No way!

I'm excited to be booking some 2020 muskie trips as of late! (Though some clients do book dates a year in advance.) There's still a lot of great dates open from June-November, there are some peak-period dates still available too. Passing-on seasonal patterns and techniques is my specialty, along with uncovering overlooked structures and patterns specific to Leech Lake.
